Breakfast with oats and chia seeds,the result is amazing!!!
Breakfast is the most important meal of the day so you should
always choose a healthy and nutritious meal to start the day. One of the best
breakfast combinations are chia seeds and oats; they are nutritious, health
beneficial and can provide you with enough energy throughout the day. Moreover,
they can stimulate weight loss and help you burn that stubborn belly fat.
Ingredients:

1 cup
oatmeal.
·
2 tbsp.
honey.
·
1 pinch of
salt sea.
·
4 tbsp. chia
seeds.
·
500 ml of
water.
·
2 tsp.
vanilla.
·
1 tsp.
cinnamon powder.
INSTRuCTION :
Add the
water, cinnamon and vanilla in a pot and bring it to boil. Once it starts
simmering reduce it to low heat and add the oats. Leave it to simmer for 5
minutes and set it aside. Cover it and leave it for 5 minutes to soak. Add
the honey and the salt and mix it all well. Pour it in a bowl while it’s still
hot and add the chia seeds. Mix it all in and enjoy your high-energy breakfast.
You could add some fruits as well, per taste, such as bananas, strawberries,
apple, or eat it plain. It’s delicious both ways!
