Ingredients :

2 Cups Frozen Peaches
·
2 Cups Organic Baby Spinach (or Kale)
·
2 Bananas
·
1 Cup Cashew Milk (or Almond or Coconut
Milk)
·
1 Avocado - peeled and diced
Instructions :
1. Place all ingredients into blender.
2. "Puree" for a few minutes until smooth.
3. (If you have a "Smoothie" button on your
machine, use that feature)
4. If you are using fresh fruit instead of frozen, add
about 5 ice cubes before blending

You can use filtered water if you don't
want to use any nut or Coconut milks
