The detox diet menu and fat burning to follow for 3 dys !!!
Day 1:
Breakfast:
One cup of oatmeal with berries and
seeds, or 3 eggs (hard or omelette)
Snack: A handful of raw almonds
Lunch:
Grilled chicken breast with boiled
vegetables (pumpkin, beets, carrots, parsnips, green beans and unsalted roasted
almonds)
Dinner:
Baked fish with a cup of cooked
green beans, or a slice of salmon with broccoli and mushrooms
day 2:
Breakfast:
One cup of oatmeal with berries and
seeds, or almonds
Snack: One cup of hazelnuts
Lunch:
grilled zucchini sauce with red
pepper, lemon, vinegar, thyme and grated carrots seasoned with olive oil, lemon
and chopped parsley
Dinner:
Vegetables steamed or cooked green
beans with broccoli dish.
day 3:
Breakfast:
One cup of oatmeal with berries,
seeds or almonds, or an omelet of three eggs with kale, radish and nuts.
Snack: A handful of nuts
Lunch:
Roast chicken seasoned with
rosemary, thyme and lemon, or chicken cooked with onions, black olives and
thyme.
Dinner:
