Equipment:
  • Blender
  • KitchenAid® K400 blender
Ingredients:
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 green apples quartered
  • 1.5 cm piece ginger root
  • 4 romaine lettuce leaves
  • ½ lime peeled and quartered1/4 teaspoon salt or to taste
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup Water

Instructions:
  • Peel the skin of cucumber and deseed and chop it into big pieces.
  • Peel the skin of ginger and add all ingredients into a blender along with water. Blend it well for about 5 minutes or until you get a thick juice.
Notes:
Enjoy with or without black pepper.
